He's definitely worth 3M more than Skinner.

Problem is that Skinner is nowhere near worth what he got.

Buffalo screwed up the RFA market by giving Eichel $10M out of his ELC and screwed up the UFA market by giving Skinner $9M after a 63pt career high season.

Isn't this what we were saying leading up to the last lockout. I wonder what's going to happen when the next CBA comes up for negotiation.

That's sarcasm, by the way. They're definitely going to lockout again because the NHL is the dumbest league. Not the worst or most corrupt, but certainly the dumbest.

The last lockout has nothing to do with salaries. It was about the revenue split. The owners don't care how the pie is split up as long as they know they're getting the piece they want.
