They overcame having a historically bad power play! Well, not quite. But still! They also overcame many professional prognosticators claiming they'd be a bottom five team. It turns out they're merely a bottom fifteen team, with an only outside shot to be bottom ten!

Devils and Sens are all better teams than their records show for sure.
Also, Sabres, while pretty much in place they should be? Are so young with such a lot of talent and more coming that expect them to take a leap forward too.
But at same time Caps should be even worse and probably wont get the luck they had this year.

It’s also someone that in 2021 thought the Flyers were aligned to be akin to the 2012-14 LA Kings, he’s always going to be in a pro-stance unless someone has a grievance they want aired and need a vessel.

I will give it a listen. I stop listening the last few month cause therrien is salivating over Briere and Jones and ASF is just a mouthpiece since this season. Russ tried his best to be a bit more critical but he had no chance.
