He was always a beast in FM. Great to see him develop to that. They do need someone better for the 9 though with Mbappe gone

If you believe that's sustainable and the norm moving forward all the power to you.

I guess Raphinha is also going to be god for the rest of his career
Except Dembele was always an Uber talent.
From age 16 he was seen as a phenom.
When he broke into the league he was scoring at will.
Something happened in Barcelona, surely his fault too but surely not only his. But he's back to where he belongs.

So yes I believe there aren't many better players better at 9 right now.
Besides PSG is having plenty of different scorers.
I remember people mocking me for saying PSG would be better this year without Mbappe and his 50 goals.
Well guess what? So far they are. Even if they lose against Liverpool.

Watching Aston Villa - Barcelona in the youth league, Barcelona is winning 2-1 away and has a very interesting number 10 in Junyent, however he's very short, I wonder how he'll do with the big boys.

Third goal was a massive gift by Villa keeper. I wasn't hugely impressed by any Barca player, but the team did show some good off the ball movement and short passing.

Junyent indeed was most prominent in this, Pradas (no 11) too, maybe to bit lesser extent but on the other hand he played higher on the pitch than Junyent.

Junyent is indeed short. He was part of the preseason tour for the club and he also played for Spain in the last U17 WC. There’s at last one midfielder ahead of him IMO, but he also older than Junyent.

Doue's first ball tonight. Zero pressure.

what does the France national team do with its abundance of riches in those AM/Wing/not quite pure centre forward positions? between the extraordinary PSG trio of ousmane, barcola, and doue, and michael olise, and thuram in great form, and f***ING MBAPPE. what's the plan? can you fit 4 of those guys into one great formation without a pure striker? or do you need Blaise Matuidi at LW like in 2018, LOL

I think Doue doing pretty darn good as a super sub

Yeah it's tough. You can add Cherki to the mix.
Thuram, Kolo and Mbappe can play center forward, but we have some kind of problem at wing. Doue, Cherki, Olise can play AMC.
