Makar is such a bitch. He gets away with shit all game and the refs just don’t call it bc he’s the golden boy. Shoots the puck well after the whistle and then he’s whacking at Mika’s legs. Red cheek bitch.

Glad they pulled it out. Someone needs to tell Trocheck he’s not Panarin and shouldn’t be trying Panarin style shootout moves. And actually, for his in game play, Trocheck isn’t shooting enough. Prior to coming here he was a shot machine, shooting too often half the time. Now he has Rangersitis and just tries to overpass. Something is in the water.

Mediocre game overall. Avs had more jump and we’re throwing it all at the net. Pulling out a game like that is great for team morale and expectation of winning honestly.

I think Vesey should take a seat. I know he PKs but either him or Blais should sit and get Krav back in. Slide Goodrow to Trocheck’s line or even just put Krav right there. Vesey and Blais are fine but there’s no reason not to rotate them with Krav. Actually maybe it should be Blais sitting and slide Vesey down to line 4 so he can stay in for the PK.

Schneider is a goal machine.

Most importantly, Igor was fantastic. Great game from him.

Take those points anyway you can get them. Needed to keep pace as Piles, Pens, and Caps all won. Igor was great. One of his best games of the year. Avs still looked pretty good even with all the injuries.
