Well at least we know that by the time Cale signs in Calgary, we will have drained him bone dry by skating the soul out of him.
Bednar rides Cale like he stole him.

At #4 overall, we kinda did.

Funny how we went from losing because of our goaltending, now we are winning because of them
Wold be nice if the team could get it's yin and yang together for a change.

Great comeback, and a great win, though it felt a bit lucky. They looked stuck in the mud for a lot of that game. Hopefully just still recovering from their sickness.

Think Georgie got in his own head again, and couldn't stabilize, and manage the game as Bedsy likes to say. Nearly unstable one timer by Mikko, but George was also upset at himself for stumbling a bit before that, probably thinking he might have got over sooner. Then let a soft one go under his glove. It's always the mental game/focus for George IMO. He looked great before that Mikko goal.

Without that Kivi goal, the Avs easily could have lost another one, despite Cale continuing to play some of the most dominant two way hockey I've ever seen from a defenseman, without being rewarded.

Cale is seriously doing it all at both ends of the ice, often on the same shift. It's incredibly impressive.
