I was so happy when Guy played for us. I would have been thrilled to have Bobby even on 1 knee. In hockey camp they showed us films on Bobby Orr. He was truly amazing in his day.

The Stanley cup has many mistakes on it. Multiple teams and players have been engraved incorrectly.

1) For the Islanders, can anyone name the engraving mistake?

2) For the Oilers, can anyone name the engraving mistake they have?

Had lots of beers with Bryce Lampman and David Liffiton one St Patty’s day. Im
Thinking maybe 06 or 07. That day they played Boston and beat them up really good. Maybe 9-0 or something.

Both were vocal about not getting opportunity to play, when they felt they outplayed guys ahead of them. St Pattys day maybe 06, or 07. Rangers beat up Boston really good. Liffiton had a scrap in that game. They hated that they sat for Strudwick who was also there, making it more akward.

Afterwards, NYR players and Wolfpack players were hanging at Local. We were mixed in with them crushing beers and hitting the Jamesons pretty good.

Correct. Basil Pocklington wasn't an official member of the team, so they put x's through his name.
