Saw a tweet he has 19 points in his last 24. Gotta imagine a lot of those are EV too.
He’s been on a few different lines in that time as well. I never thought he would amount to much but he’s been great latelySaw a tweet he has 19 points in his last 24. Gotta imagine a lot of those are EV too.
Don't look now but Holmstrom is on pace for 20 goals and 50 points in his contract year. Big, defensively sound winger finding his offensive touch playing with Horvat and Tsyplakov which seems like a line that could stick.
7 years of course .you fill in the restWhat does his next contract look like?
No problem with signing a productive 23 year old to a 7 year deal, especially when the cap is rising every year. It’s when you start giving them to 30 year olds and adding NMCs where it becomes an issue7 years of course .you fill in the rest
I'd be fine with a 6-8 year deal for Holmstrom at 4-5 million. Just have trouble finding a comparable outside Lundell or Kotkianiemi. No problem with signing a productive 23 year old to a 7 year deal, especially when the cap is rising every year. I think something like 4.5x6 will be in order if he keeps it up. We’ll see what happensI'd be fine with a 6-8 year deal for Holmstrom at 4-5 million. Just have trouble finding a comparable outside Lundell or Kotkianiemi.
He's just entering his prime. Productive young players are the ones who should be getting LT deals.7 years of course .you fill in the rest
