Theoretical question, hopefully.
Player X signs a deal of one million per year plus 50 million signing bonus. The deal begins July 12th 2024.
The player gets caught for some serious criminal activity, lets say, buying massive amounts of heroine.
What's the consequences? Like, he specifically got paid for _signing_, so team obviously gets the one million per year back because they fire the player. But how about the rest?
