It's not about pressure, it's about putting and making them accountable for their poor play, maybe when they accept how they are playing isn't good enough there might be improvement.I'm genuinely curious, do people think that putting more pressure on the team and treating them worse will lead to more success?
Also, do people think free agents will want to come here more if we treat our current players worse?
I see no benefit to making our current players uncomfortable.
Every single time Keefe challenged them, he's had to walk it back because we can't upset them and challenge them. They have been pampered for 8 years now and the results show it. Keefe and 44 were the only ones to accept their responsibility for the failure, while the others think what they are doing is good enough, it isn't.
It also doesn't help when they take us to the cleaners for every penny on contracts and then give you dogshit performances in the playoffs.
