It's a lot of one point games. Obviously extremely impressive consistency, but he doesn't even have a three point game this season yet.

Pros: Musty is so back. Think he's had about a dozen grade A scoring chances through two periods today, just one goal because the North Bay goaltender has been locked in.
Cons: Sudbury is devoid of talent outside of Musty. So many guys who just cannot receive a pass or go to soft areas or hit Musty in flight. I still can't believe the audacity of Sudbury for not trading him yet.

Does he seem to be trying to learn the defensive side of things, etc? Or is he pretty much dragging the team around offensively without having to think of anything else again?

The latter. Wolves fans can talk til their blue in the face about "Musty not giving the new coaching staff a chance!!" but it's just the same old Wolves. No system, no accountability, and not enough talent to get away with it. They're also just really unlikeable.

Seriously, it's upsetting. Musty sold out trying to block what ended up being a game-tying goal at the end of the third (even though it wasn't even close to being his man), and he was quite good on the PK today, but god I cannot wait until he's moved literally anywhere else.

He had a PPG and 2 primary assists today (-2, 11 SOG). By my count, that’s 9, yes nine, primary points over two games this weekend.

I would like to add one thing to this post, Korostelyov is doing nice in MHL! So that's awesome to see from our 7th round goalie, there is always a lottery ticket in goalies. It's far fetched but there is always a chance.
