I think the main problem with Jack is that sometimes he tries to do too much. He's very creative, has tons of skill and eyes on his back so he wants to make something happen, all the time. Sometimes the safe and boring play is the best. Sometimes shooting instead of trying to make a highlight reel pass is better.

We have a good one in him. He'll learn. Top 5 player in the league in his prime if you ask me and already elite.
