Agree that Couture should be back long before Torres but I think Couture is supposed to be back some time between November 14th and 28th. 11/14 is exactly four weeks after his surgery. I think that's why Randy said that he might be back in time for the next road trip. Let's hope so.

I simply used the longest estimate to show how much earlier he's expected back before Torres.

I like their depth, but the Sharks still need a legit top-6 forward. Not a "is he, is he not" one like Hertl or Wingels, but a legit one.

Yeah, I understood. I was being more optimistic. Either way, he should be back before Torres, which I thought was your main point.

Scoring has just the littlest bit to do with luck. Unless we really think Joel Ward is gonna score 52 goals this year...

It's something that I would describe as a top 6 player but not a top 6 scorer. I feel like that's a pretty understandable concept generally speaking.

We'll have to re-observe after another 30 games or so. I've no doubt that Hertl will solidify himself as a legit "top-6 scorer" by the end of the season.

It's an understandable concept for sure, but I don't think it applies to Hertl specifically. Even baker just said he loves Hertl's game and the points will start coming soon, lol.

Yea, I'm pretty sure that Hertl's gonna break out scoring wise this year.
