It probably isn't right to put it all on Chucky, but (a) he's a low IQ player who reacts to the play instead of helping to drive it and (b) he doesn't, for that reason, fit with Geno-Rust, which is turn is turning the line into a mess.
As a manager, when you're forced to choose between setting up your A player to succeed or your C player to succeed, you chose your A player, and you don't wait to do it when it becomes clear that a choice is necessary.
As a manager, I agree.
