The Canucks are prime for one. Jim Rutherford has shown not to be afraid of the Winter player for player deal. Notables going back 10 years:

Kaberle for Spacek
Gleason for Liles
Scuderi for Daley
Perron for Hagelin
Hagelin for Pearson
Pearson for Gudbranson

he did say he wants to build for the future. Not sure if he's interested in lateral moves right now plus he's just the intern.

We dont really need a shake up we need a restructure of our cap to forcus more on D then Forwards and that is done by trading one of Miller/Boeser for a proven young Top 4 RH D and possible a rh 3c who can kill penalties as well.

Ideally that is done with moving Hamonic/Poolman but its more likely it will be Boeser/Miller as they have a lot more value and will get multiple cost effective pieces back

Yikes. If there's anything to be learned from the Canucks under Jimbo, cap room is ALWAYS important during a rebuild/retool...
Trading our 2nd best defensman to do it is not the solution. Cap room is important when you’re signing depth garbage like Beagle, Rousell, Sutter, Poolman, etc
