Then and there
Just starting to watch Milan's match on tape delay, they had a prematch ceremony to celebrate club's 125th birthday (founded 16th December 1899). Some past greats walking on the pitch, the Dutch trio (Gullit, van Basten, Rijkaard), Baresi, Pirlo, Pippo, Seedorf, Donadoni just to mention a few...

As for today, Milan aren't really doing well, will be only 7th or 8th after this match. Lots to do to reach the CL spots. Some youngsters like Jimenez and Liberani in the starting line-up, for example Theo dropped onto bench.

You get one chance to guess which Serie A club he's on loan from.

It was right time for Pioli to leave, but Fonseca's time has been a big disappointment so far. Alienating some senior key players, pretty much any area on the pitch isn't working and disappointing results. And today needlessly getting sent off (although the ref had a bad day in all aspects).

With every passing matchday, it's looking unlikelier for Milan to reach the CL positions in the league.

Seems like this was it. Foncesca out and Conceicao in. Its clearly not been working all year. He seemed hell bent on playing a 4-2-3-1 without having the midfielders for it. There two best results were when he went away from that system against Inter and Madrid.

It’s the Paz show.

Rumours of inter wanting to buy him. I still don’t think he can make it for Madrid.

AC Milan looks like they had no chance to come back at half time but after a penalty by Pulisic and a wild deflection off a cross by Musah they are up 2-1 in the 75th minute.

An all Milan final.

Captain Pellegrini silences his critics for the moment at least as he puts Roma ahead in the Capital derby after only 10 mins.

7 minutes later, Saelemakers makes it 2-0 with a very direct attack, Svilar with a long kick to yarget man Dovbuk, who dropped the ball for Salemakers to finish from his own rebound after running through.
