Surprisingly, yes but it's still depressing just not total hell with a casino in it.Is Wilkes-Barre really all that much better?
And I mean as far as how I've heard players talk about living in both

If you get bored during the evening in WBS you can sit on your porch and watch for the Live PD (or whatever its called now) crew I suppose.Surprisingly, yes but it's still depressing just not total hell with a casino in it.

just trade Jarry…problem solved…lolLarsson has to clear waivers I think- which he probably will, but you never know. They don’t need to make a decision right away though.
Worst comes to worst they can also loan a goalie to another AHL team or just rotate 3 in the AHL since there’s so many B2Bs and 3-in-3s. But Gauthier is probably wasted in the ECHL and Murashov hopefully doesn’t need much time down there either.
And 1 injury will solve it for them.
Easy, launch Jarry into the sun. Let Neds and Blom carry the load until our savior Murashov is readyOh wow, wonder what the plan is with WBS now. You have Blom, Gauthier and Larsson who all need time to play.
ECHL is a clown show for developing skaters but is fine for a goalie- however it’s not optimal.
Yep and JS Dea almost lost his mind when him and I think Archibald came down for a small conditioning stint and they threw them living in the middle of Wheeling woods in a log cabin. LolI agree that goalies in the ECHL are fine because they get a lot of playing time. However, I'd hate to send a foreigner to a "lesser" city like Wheeling. Not saying WBS is a great city but didn't Zlobin (or someone else like that) say how horrible Wheeling was? I'm assuming Tiffels had the same opinion.
I actually live like ten minutes from the place
The biggest problem with Wheeling is that everything closes early so there is no nightlife, there is nothing to do and the food scene sucks
My condolences.
Aka it's terrible for young professional athletes.
That's what JS Dea called them. What is he referring to?I mean I dunno. Probably not what they should be worried about but I get what you mean.
It's just fascinating to me because didn't most of ya come from Western PA? Hardly the height of high falutin, champagne breakfast, pinky-in-the-air living. Wheeling is just another Pittsburgh suburb/old river town but a little sleepier and a little more tucked away with lots of old money. Nothing more nothing less. You're kinda clownin' on yourselves here in some ways.
lol... log cabins.

Was quite complimentary of it here actually lolI dunno. He was probably just unhappy that he couldn't hack it and was being a dick.
They don't put up the Nailers in log cabins my dude. That's... kind of a nutbar thing to believe.
Oh my. Well that's definitely interesting and I stand corrected. I had no idea they were doing that at a certain point but here we are lol.
The cabins he's referring to are up at Oglebay resort. They ARE cabins. But like... think luxury vacation cabins. They are also quite expensive to rent so that was a... choice... by the organization. I would way rather live in one of those as opposed to a downtown apartment especially since you can actually just drive up to the lodge and get some actual decent food then go golfing if that's your thing. Oglebay is a pretty nice resort. A byproduct of all that old money I referred to, earlier.
I'm pretty sure they're looking for someone to put their dick in, too. Can't imagine Oglebay is teeming with younger people.
It was presumably a lot more fun when the WV drinking age was 18, but that was a long time ago.I mean I dunno. Probably not what they should be worried about but I get what you mean.
