So his agent is lying when he says his client is injured to cover up for the fact he's just phoning in. Your evidence is his play on ice. Wouldn't the easier explanation be simply be exactly what the agent is saying? Client is dealing with some injuries from last year, couldn't practice during the off-season, and is playing with with a nagging injury that just takes time to recover but he can play through it....didn't say he was "faking"; said NHLers play through much worse all the time...and his play on the ice is evidence of "phoning it in"...
