You have to trade significant pieces this off season regardless of where the team finishes. Can't go into next season looking the same while only shipping out 4th liners and bottom pairing D

My only hope right now is the fact that Cousins, who is a germ himself and therefore immune to the flu, is one of the few guys tonight who actually look kinda up for it

Only heard the 1st on the radio and it sounded like we were giving up a lot of good chances.

Somehow we make McLeod look like a star.

Have this recorded, but it's going to be tough to watch.

I wonder what future picks and prospects we could get for our entire roster if we wanted to rebuild. For once not being sarcastic. Could we fill the shelves to where FYOUS started, or is it a bigger hill to climb?
 
I feel bad for Forsberg, he sucks, but the team does nothing to help him. Can't make clean passes so we don't generate speed, not that it matters because we can't score no matter how good a chance we create, so we start making mistakes to create more and give up odd man rushes and breakaways against.

Green should have pulled Forsberg if for no other reason than to just send a message

We had no chance today.

I keep hearing about Forsberg.

Forsberg cannot win games when we score 8 goals in 7 games.

Even though they are not in a playoff position they play like one.

Too bad the Sens can't do that also.
 
I think some of the players are starting to realize they are not it.

Norris and Chabot as 8M guys, Tkachuk as a Captain, Giroux slowing down.

I know we all saw it before now, but they seemed to believe, not sure they do anymore.

Bruh we just lost 4-0 to Buffalo and someone in here is really rolling their eyes about the 'doomers'.

We've managed a total of two wins in the eight games since Ullmark went down, and have scored more than three goals only twice, but yeah, it's totally doomerism.

It ain't doomerism to recognize that, once Ullmark went down, this team's personality seems to have flipped on a dime.

I wasn’t or haven’t been a doomer but man, what an embarrassing effort. The team is mentally weak when they are down early. I don’t know what is up with the lack of scoring either. Is it just depth with Amadio and Perron out? Also hard to blame Forsberg on two breakaways, one was essentially a 2-0 but you’d like a save there.

Yup. It’s home game performances like that making me thankful I’m living too far away to be tempted to spend any $$ on tickets.

Good players
Not a good fit
It had to be tried to know if it was going to work or not
It's not working
They are not meshing
It happens
Gotta rebuild now
With a proper plan like in MTL (hate to say it but..)
