What exactly did Dorion do to improve the teams chances this season?

Well, I have been trying to tell this board that he has no idea how to construct a hockey team. I like him and he is a great scout, to discover young talent. But building a hockey team requires different skills, like foresight and asset management, something that he is deeply lacking IMO.

That being said, maybe he just didn't have the green light to spend and was still stuck behind a tight budget. 2 overpaid vets but who can still could have really helped, a RD and a RW
