With the news about Realpage getting sued in the states, I wonder if something similar is coming here in Canada, it's one thing to have software that helps you do market research to set your prices, but when everyone essentially outsources their pricing to the same 3rd party, it starts to feel a lot like price fixing.
I mean, there's been complaints about these companies for a while now, the question is whether something beyond "calls for scrutiny" will be done here now that more a spot light has been put on the practice.Tenant groups call for scrutiny of American software company after U.S. lawsuits alleging rent collusion

Where do you indoor climb?f*** knee injuries. Can't go indoor climbing for a few weeks because I have a bum knee. On the bright side, its my first time getting hurt since turning 30 and everyone around me has had some fun old jokes for me
Let it heal up properly, and do the strength exercises. Don’t be an idiot like me that kept playing two years with foot problems. Specialist just told me that full recovery is usually as long as when first injury occurred.f*** knee injuries. Can't go indoor climbing for a few weeks because I have a bum knee. I second this advice. Similar journey with my shoulder after a sleeping on the couch injury and it wasn't until I finally dragged my ass to Physio that it started improving after complaining about it for at least half a year prior. Even after all that time she found the lump and had to go to town on it for a while. Of course a large part of that is following through on the strength exercises, as mentioned, but at least they give you specific helpful ones.Let it heal up properly, and do the strength exercises. Physiotherapists are the bomb. Use exhaustively, if you have health insurance.
I also agree. Take your time and really strengthen it; go to physio and actually do the exercises.Let it heal up properly, and do the strength exercises.
