At least the Taycan looks pretty damn cool. Especially the shooting brake version. We need more wagons in NA

Honestly my dream daily driver would be the E63 Wagon diesel. Something about them

E63 AMG S Wagon. Most awesome car ever conceived.

600 hp twin-turbo V8. 0 to 60 in 3.0 seconds. A hefty six figure price tag.

Wagons are the best. Storage capabilities are second to none.

NA market's aversion to wagons is dumb,

Got to buy up dumb looking CUVs that look like sedan got stung by a bee and had a reaction.

I wonder why gas hybrids like the Chevy Volt didn’t really take off more. Put that technology in a cooler car. Especially in Canada. It would seem a natural transition until the charging networks are up and the anxiety over winter is passed for all the late adopters and resisters to change. If its just an errand car in the city you could go months without putting in more gas. And then each time the carbon tax goes up the rebate/benefit cheques give most even more money. As the carbon tax goes up, more business investment is unlocked too. Going to need it to compete with China who is looking to be way ahead here. Our dithering making it more likely that our first electric car will be Chinese.

I find it funny that people still think the carbon tax is supposed to reduce carbon emissions… which it has not, while emissions in the USA have dropped without a carbon tax. Heck the federal government admitted that it does not even bother to monitor or track carbon emissions…. And it costs 1/4 or a billion tax dollars a year to administer the Carbon Tax scheme….

And does anyone still really think 80% of people get back more in rebates, than they pay?

What about the HST/GST that is charged on top of the Carbon tax? That does not get returned…it’s a scam, making people think that CO2 (from human activity) is the driver of Global Warming or whatever they call it now….. over 96% of all CO2, in the atmosphere comes from nature…the remaining 3.6% come from human activity…and in total, CO2 only comprises less than .04% of the atmosphere.

IF CO2 was causing Global Warming, it would rise before Temperatures do…but look at any chart, and notice the CO2 rises after temperatures rise… like I said, a scam.

I'm pretty sure @coladin had one of these. The tire annihilator

You might be right. I remember him having a C63 but it might have been the wagon.

I looked at a used one a few years back. Tire and maintenance costs turned me off. Too much car for me lol.

I drive an A6 Allroad now because I can't afford an RS6. I don't have kids but have a medium-big dog. The wagon is the perfect car. Tons of room in both rows for friends and I can fit a sofa in there if I fold the back seats down.

100 percent and so few in NA.

Never understood that.

RS6 or E63 - my dream cars…

Funny enough I have seen multiple RS6's in Miami. Usually blacked out. Just incredible vehicles.

I don't think he is a climate changer denier. Its more like a Liberal scam. I cannot wait to see all your faces within the next 90 days and see how much more we will all be paying for every single morsel of food going in our mouths. Every single item you will buy for your home will be quite a bit more. The carbon tax went up 23% last week. I have had meetings with numerous contractors and developers this week and all are saying to expect massive increases in all building costs. Haha, and the Liberal government wants to build more, quite the opposite. They are slowing and seizing the production of many future projects. This is bad, really bad. We will all feel this rise very shortly.

My post had exactly nothing to do with his position on a carbon tax, nor any of the political hysteria that go along with it. This isn't the place for political debates, go to Reddit or twitter if you want to hyperbolize over the inflationary impact, direct or indirect, of a carbon tax.

Thanks for clarifying that. Out of bounds. You can delete that post if you’d like.

Not to mention the "carbon tax is bad" with no alternative suggested. I swear there's not an ounce of original thought.

Perhaps you can show how the Carbon Dioxide Tax is reducing emissions, which there is no proof of?

Why propose an alternative when none is needed? Remove the tax…. Don’t collect it in the first place, and let people decide how to spend their own money, as they see fit…. This eliminates the 1/4 of a billion dollars needed for the Federal government to charge and collect the tax, and then direct deposit some of it back to you.

Thinking that the 3.4% of the total CO2 in the atmosphere, from human activity, is the driving force behind Global Warming is akin to saying one lug nut on the rear tire of an eighteen wheeler, is what is propelling it down the highway.
