Enjoyed the Simpsons - Family Guy crossover episode.

Agreed. Granted they just recycled most of their classic gags, but since I haven't watched an episode of either in a long time - was funny for nostalgia reasons.

Plus evil Stewie just rocks.

Really? Aside from a few funny bits here and there I thought it was pretty bad. They could have safely shaved it back to a 30 minute episode without losing anything particularly funny.

The first bit with Peter as a cartoonist was awesome, as was Homer and Peter doing the car wash. Those two bits were gold.

The Simpsons has stuck around long enough for me to resent the series. They haven't made a moderately enjoyable season for the last decade.

They've definitely jumped the shark a long time ago, but because they have been around so long and are iconic, they remain popular and still get a decent amount of ratings.
I've always wondered when the Simpsons would have their final episode. I figured it was due around the time they had their own movie. They can't possibly go on for much longer as they've been starting to take on a role of killing off characters for more episodes.

I've been watching the newer Simpsons seasons when they release the new episodes on Sundays. I actually enjoy them, never really followed Family Guy much. I've stayed loyal to Simpsons :sarcasm:

But, enjoyed the crossover and you can expect a part II. As for the car wash thing, could have done without. I found it too long and wasn't that funny. The Newspaper cartoon thing made me laugh every time.

BB is realizing their mistake of the past. Do not try to compete with the iphone and the galaxy. Make the phone that your consumers want.

Yep. While they enjoyed a brief bout of popularity, I think when they came out with the Curve and Pearl to start chasing the consumer market was where their downturn started.

Admittedly some of that helped keep them buoyed through hard times since they did very well in the asian/middle east regions, but really they should have stuck with enterprise products first and then emerging markets secondary... and just not bothered to chase the first world consumer market.

Second mistake was ever going with a touch only phone for them. People want BBs for the keyboard, it's a defining patented feature, so go with your strengths.

Damnit.
Had Shadows of Mordor preloaded, and it unlocked at midnight tonight... but some Day 0 patch wanted 15GB+... which filled up my SSD.

Deleted and now I'm downloading when Steam's getting hammered for downloads :(

A 15gb patch already?! That's insane.

I think it might have been preallocating the high rez textures patch... But I don't see that in my DLC list.

I never seem to have any luck playing something on Steam on Day 1,so think I'm gonna go to bed and hopefully by morning it's decided everything is installed.

Just sad it's not on my ssd. However I've gone through and cleaned out another 15GB off it so I should have room to install something.

I really need to get a second ssd just for games so I don't have to swap so much about.
