I feel really bad but I just spent 20 mins *****ing at the Sens store because I dropped off a jersey to get customized in February and they said 4-6 weeks and its STILL not ready. I'm demanding that they give me a Karlsson heritage (which I dropped off) for tonight. Is that unfair? I don't think so.
