Work has blocked this site... even on my cellphone if I'm using the wifi it's blocked.
As they should… you’re at work, so unless you’re on break or lunch, you’re being paid by them to focus on they’re paying you to do.

By the third day the hunger pangs go away. Keep in mind you need a least 3-4 liters of water a day, pink Himalayan Sea salt, and take magnesium. This is very important because you will experience leg cramps. By the third day your body will be fully in a state of ketosis and your body will start burning it's fat reserves instead of feeding on muscle tissue for energy. It's gets really easy by this point. I did 9 days last year and stopped because I felt I was good. I have been doing this once a year for about 4 years now and it's only been positive. I start with 1 day, then 3 days, a few 5 days, a 7 day, and my last was 9 days. Breaking your fast has to be done slowly too. Need to eat easily digestible foods for the first 2 days, bone broth is excellent. Then can move on to some fruits and veg and easily digestible proteins like fish. Stay away from Carbohydrates and you will maintain a great level of clarity. You will also notice the smallest portions of food will fill you up fast. Maintaing that level of consumption will truly help you reach you goals way faster. Keep drinking water too. Stay away from sugar.
Second the salt taking, please take salt. Just went through a bunch of stuff with a family member who decided they didn't want to eat. But drank 3L of water a day

Ended up seizing and in hospital for a week. Only issue was sodium was critically low and sodium changes can cause significant brain injury (edema or seizures).

I can't imagine the very small amount of mineral impurities in pink hymalayan salt that distinguishes it from any other salt would be enough to make any significant impact, you'd likely be far better off with regular salt and a multivitamin that gets you closer to the actual recommended daily amounts

minimally processed and no additives like table salt. I primarily cook with kosher salt. much more subtle.

Pink hymalayan salt has goop level marketing bunk behind it, the "cleaner" claims are dubious, I mean, their own marketing of 88 other minerals fails to mention among those are arsenic, mercury, lead and Thallium, but no additives so that's good I suppose....

I fast for 48 hours due to colon issues, and by the end of the second day, I am just about done. I will have chicken broth, jello, gatorade, etc...to make sure my salt levels are ok, but it is quite a grind , especially when you do it every couple of months,

OMG, my kids' hockey teams hired nutritionist consultatnts, and they recommended Himalayan salt. There are other salt sources with actual non-negligible trace mineral content. The Himalayan salt available around town was all just NaCl, really.

There is no evidence to suggest pink Himalayan salt is better for health than other consumable salts. Moderate intake of any dietary salt as part of a balanced diet can have many health benefits.

Pink Himalayan salt is a type of rock salt from the Punjab region of Pakistan, near the foothills of the Himalayas. Some people describe pink Himalayan salt as one of the purest salts available, and say it boasts several health benefits.

Yeah. The type of salt we found that did have other trace minerals was Celtic sea salt, iirc. It's likely not worth going out of your way to get those minerals that way, anyway, if you have a diet with lots of fruits, veggies, and seafood.

You can be standing there, holding your Johnsons to control the flow (Or the cleaning staff will be awfully upset at you) and you can still open a phone, go through the aps and Type.

Son, we need to put you in the movies.

My preoccupation is dribble on my shoe.

You've bought into the 'fad'. Manufactured 'scarcity' = ever growing profits. The ones who make you sick are the same who sell you the cure. Can we 'do better' - absolutely. Just always be aware of the 'pied piper' - he feeds off of 'good intentions' and 'honest ignorance'.
its called a Bachelors of Engineering.. Got one in 1998
A Masters of Engineering.. 2004
MBA 1998

Worked in a multitude of companies and industries.. Met Nobel Laurates and billionaires..

Energy follows laws. It cannot be created or destroyed.. It moves into disorder.. which means, useless to us humans.

And so, we must conserve its use.. And we cannot buy into the crap of; magic or mystical means or fixing waste problems through magic.. We cannot consume in reckless fashion and then buy into magic that will restore.

I am 59, will be 60 in a few months. Unless magic happens, my ass will be 6 feet under in 20-25 years. Few issues will be severe enough to affect me. So, I will live my entire life in the single most indulgent era in human history.

Now all those younger than me... all those 50 and younger and may/will have 40 or more years.. This is your world..

As I consume, I take it from you... As I pollute, I pollute your world.

A cancer patient will receive 5-10 liters of chemo.. in 0.1-0.2% concentration, if not higher. Toxicity is measured in PPMs.. Parts per million.. So a chemo patent receives in parts per thousand, we are hurt in parts per million. So a patient pees out 0.05 to 0.2 L of toxic chemo. Nature needs to dilute it to 0.0005 to 0.002... a thousand liters of water is needed to dilute chemo from one patent.

if 1 million Canadians receive chemo every year... How much is being spewed?? and how much does nature have to dilute.. and how much are you drinking back, eating back, bathing in and so on.

Now have your baby daughter live in that soup for her entire life.

In the 1960's when I was a child... only a tiny fraction of cancer patients existed, only a tiny fraction were dealing with chemo... I did not have to worry about what I drank.

Your world Aclevername.. not mine.. Be careful about letting me run wild.. All I am doing is taking from you and your children and grandchildren.

Cued up for your convenience,

A great explanation of how the housing crisis is running unchecked.

This is happening in Canada too.

Ever get a hand written(printed) letter in your mail box by some "local" guy looking to buy your house all cash and no inspection?

They also talk about the news and how the laws have changed to manipulate its viewers/readers/listeners.

I respect you and your line of thinking but we have completely different views/understandings of the world and 'universe.' To be fair, I'm a bit outside 'the box' so I completely understand the misunderstanding. You mean well, I mean well - that we have in common.

Here's to a better world🌎 for the present and the future!

My door bell rings.. I am slow to answer. A bad back.. I open, no one.. I walk out and my neighbor (LInJu) is outside playing ball as usual.. I gesture as he does not speak a word of English.

he hands me a gift.

On Sunday, I helped him mount a hand rail outside his home. I had the hammer drill, I knocked on neighbors across the street, one had a 3/16 masonry bit and that neighbor was kind enough to give us the 4, wall anchors needed.

It is shocking to go through the last 12 months. Generosity, kindness, invitations, offers of help.. Paying to seal the drive way...Me reciprocating.

And in Ottawa.. I have lived at this home for 20 years, for the bulk of that time, I am sure, my neighbors would have stepped over me and kept on going had they seen me on the ground.

They say Olive skin makes good kin. It does, I am one.
But it seems that pale skin makes better neighbours and more decent human beings.

As I cycle through RSS, it see a sharp increase in Asian residents.... THANK YOU GOD.

The next time anyone sabre rattles against China.. f*** you. get to know them. You will love them.
