Not too crazy, we (my wife) backed into a pole in a parking garage and the whole rear gate needed to be replaced.. 4.5K

2018 CRV tho with the back up camera and power lift gate.

If your accident was bad enough to give you a concussion but not total the car, I'm guessing the list of parts are bumper, bumper bar, exhaust muffler, rear quarter panels, and maybe the trunk lid or gate?

Hatch, bumper, rear rebar, paint and some smaller parts.

In line at a carwash, an old man mixed up his pedals lol, and was squishing into the bumper of my M340i, to the point his licence plate number was imprinted hahaha. Poor guy looked liked the dude from "Up", and just panicked once he hit my bumper. Bumper replaced, but the ECU was in the trunk. Price?

Nope 2009, currently sitting in my garage about to have the starter replaced. $2500 stealer quote, actual OEM part cost $300. The starter is in the absolute worst place though, nestled right between the engine block and the transmission near the firewall.

I just had to change my starter my older Veedub. I take it to a local mechanic. Stealerships are the worst.

I take athletic greens and drink bone broth now. I have been doing it for most of this year, and I definitely feel better than I have in the past. I'm not sure if it's actually doing anything or a placebo, but yolo. I also make smoothies every day with chia seeds, which is something I got into last year.

Shave your head and get a tan. I have been shaving my head forever. I do not recommend taking finasteride, aka propecia for your hair loss I know people who have had nasty side effects from it.

Without going into detail, I went through six consecutive personal tragedies and I’m certain I will have to quit my job over all of this.

The hardest part is it’s bringing up the worst memories of my past. Does anyone have any tips or books to suggest for PTSD?

I just got my license back yesterday (I lost it December 17th, 2010) and I still find myself pacing around the kitchen, pulling my newly grown beard, saying “I want to go home.”
