I lived in Windsor for a couple of years for school and the only time the USA agents gave me crap was the first time I went over, and it was because I was taking two coach buses to Grand Rapids to see a rock show that Scott Stapp was headlining. The dude didn't think anyone from Canada would wanna see him. He wouldn't listen when I told him I was just going for a couple of the openers. They put me in a separate room and made me show them my airbnb booking and show ticket, but the supervisor was chill. After that never had any issues with shows in the actual Detroit DT. CBSA agents are always chill. They just teased me for not buying merch/sports jerseys that are more modern whenever I got back to Canada.

They'll make fun of me for having a Karlsson or 3d logo jersey on

It's not as bad as it seems. GF and I were considering moving their last year because its one of the only places we can afford a downpayment and get decent space. Very good pizza in Windsor too, they've got pizza chefs that go win international competitions!

The Wings new arena has very expensive tickets, but it was impressive (in all the wrong ways) how it was easy to cross the border via shuttle buses to see a hockey game than it is to drive to DT Toronto for me if i wanted to catch Ottawa vs Toronto.

I was in the Sens store the other day and they had so many Norris kits just laying around their heat press by the cash. Very sad stuff. It's like they just left them out there, in protest of the trade.

If we somehow hear within the next week or so that they are having a Wade Redden night with limited edition #6 Wade Redden jerseys for sale, I would suspect that they are actually recycled #9s.

Liked Norris as a person but getting rid of that contract was in the absolute best interest of the organization.

Staios was able to get out of two disastrous contracts in 4pisalo and Norris and in return got 2 key longterm pieces.

There really is no reason for players in Buffalo to play through an injury right now, if Norris was still in Ottawa, maybe he's playing, but Buffalo's best interest is him getting healthy and them losing games right now,

Tkachuk on hte other hand, even at 65% is helping us. So long as playing isn't impacting his timeline to getting healthy for the playoffs, then he's going to be in the lineup I would think.
