Vanacek in or do they avoid the quasi back to back for him?
Pro tip- you beat the SENS off the cycle as our team is embarrassingly good at getting caved in our own end. Our key to the game will be limiting how much we get caught running around in our own zone and trying to not get exploited by your top lines who exploit exactly this kind of defence. For their part the SENS beat you on the PP and with skill and speed off the rush at ES.
We have two lines and that's about it although our depth scoring has been better of late. With rookie Ridly Greig out our third and fourth lines are likely back to being in survival mode when out there however.
We will be relying on a big game from our starter of the future Mads Sogaard who is not ready for full-time duties but can steal the game. He is a huge goalie yet shooting high from outside has surprisingly been his weakness but he has tightened up on this in the last few games. He is probably the X factor tonight.
Guys to keep an eye on- Tim Stutzle is worth the price of admission alone and yeah, he's better than Jack Hughes...
Jake Sanderson plays like a well rounded future Norris winner despite being a rookie and our top line of Tkachuk, Stutzle, Giroux is really fun to watch when clicking.
This is pretty much our season here so go easy on us. A SENS win and a Florida / Pittsburgh loss and its plan the parade kind of stuff on the streets in Ottawa.
