Nonononono, just no…we don’t get to blame the coach again before kicking some of these sacred cow players in the ass or off the curb
Keefe is the least of my concerns. These guys need to figure it out. They got results when they were following Keefe's system.
Who cares? If this were past years I'd be cursing his ass out for not making any adjustments at all (he's like the f***ing polar opposite of Lindy)...but I've purposely refrained because I'm just done with these players. Step the f*** up or get the f*** out. None of these guys are too young for expectations anymore. It's f***ing sickening. There's other problems but he's not some sacred cow above criticism. I have no reason to believe he's a great coach. Good coach sure but nothing in his career points to great yet.
Mercer doesn't deserve it. Time to see what we can get for him before it is too late.Bratt-Hischier-Noesen

But Mercer.
Yes, they’re the ones becoming more and more unlikeable. With every passing year this core becomes more and more unlikeable. One fairy tale season is all they've mustered, surrounded by utter mediocrity.
They are in cursive and nobody can read them
The problem is it's getting worse. The little bunch of OT games seemed like a turning point .. like they were getting their footing back and then last two were the absolute worst ones of the season. It’s just important to keep in mind when the doomers, barely concealing their erections, quote our record in the last 11.
What's your outlook on this team moving forward this season?Team is gassed, the best players aren't making good decisions or playing sharp. Ottawa didn't play well either but they got the bounce.
The other problems need to be fixed/addressed first before we can even properly evaluate the coaching. This is a player and Fitz issue, they need to wake the f*** up here before this actually does get into nail biting timeThere's other problems but he's not some sacred cow above criticism. he's playing worse than Nemec was at the beginning of the season on a bum shoulder. the lack of offensive ability from the d-pairs is affecting the scoring (and I think also is part of the blame for the sub par OTs this year). don't like the idea of scratching Dougie and having even less offensive abilty from the blueline. but I don't think they'll scratch Pesce, maybe scratch Dillon and move Pesce to LD on Dougie's pair and run Hughes-NemecPeople aren't going to like hearing it but Pesce should be the one to come out. Not Dougie.
At this point in the game where you HAVE to generate some offense they area passing like rec leaguers. It's just pathetic how little work they're doing to make the pass and receive the pass. It's almost like they're not passing so much as just getting rid of the puck before they are the one to blame for the turnover.

Coaching wasn't an issue when the on ice play was crisp and structured. It's just a cop-out right now.The other problems need to be fixed/addressed first before we can even properly evaluate the coaching. Only if you like Ohio State!Well I still got the the National Championship game to look forward to tomorrow
The last two games were an overturned goal and a bounce from another couple points. Didn’t happen because that’s the way it’s going. The problem is it's getting worse. The little bunch of OT games seemed like a turning point .. like they were getting their footing back and then last two were the absolute worst ones of the season.
It's a bad trend now. It's a months worth of games with lackluster performances. There is almost no compete anywhere.

I wonder how many people got that reference.f***ing Chrysler Plant here I come.
I find the thumbed nose condescension from people that can hand wave almost anything, rattling off anodyne descriptors from a rolodex of excuses, a lot more irritating at this point to be honest. But I suppose it’s all perspective. It’s just important to keep in mind when the doomers, barely concealing their erections, quote our record in the last 11.
