I genuinely believe his overuse the last few years have completely f***ed his mind. He never use to be this nonchalant.
Honestly agree with this. Had to develop it as a self-defense mechanism as the only Top 4 D playing 28 min a night season after season

This team was better with DeBrincat. I’m watching with a detached feeling the last couple of games. Waiting for the second half heater to take us out the first tier of draft choices.

Agreed, I still don’t think a legit playoff team has him and kastelic both as regulars in the lineup.

If he keeps performing like this for most of the season I’d like him to have the spot.

The problem is, they play different positions, and we don't have 4 centers better than Kasty.

What mystifies me the most is all the talk about goaltender interference. If you watch Brady coming across it looks like all stick contact to me, whacking at a puck, not the goalie with no puck there. Not sure Brady touches goalie otherwise. Kelly hit puck in net well before he slid into the goalie with the oilder scrum piling on him.
Yes I have no idea what the refs saw on that play to disallow the goal at first.

It’s a lot of slots in the bottom six to commit to low skill players with inconsistent physical play.

I think our 3rd/4th lines are a big problem (one of many I suppose).

I’m open to trade anyone at this point, Sens needs a retool, the damage done by Dorion and DJ went on for far too long, not really have a choice but to start over

But I hope people are ready to see a player like Chabot dominate somewhere else, for example.
Chabot can skate and hold onto the puck. Otherwise, he isn't dominating in any other category. His shot is terrible, his passing is sub par and his decision making seems to be meh. He's literally where our PP goes to die, when the puck is on his stick. His passes, his shot, everything about the way he works the PP give me little confidence in him.
