Russia is controlling the game but making really unnecessary turnovers . Americans are quickly rushing and creating scoring chances . Their counter attack game is deadly.

Those two saves by American goalie on 5v3 PP were insane

I wouldn't go that far.

The US had to play shorthanded for 4 minutes.

3-0? This is only if you count the US' chances. Russia has squandered several good chances as well.

I think posts are a lot closer than missed nets and saves.

Actually, not just the team, but the GDT that day was embarrassing for many of the USA fans.

Once the Finns had a two goal lead, it became "we are not trying, because we don't want bronze medal" ...

Haven't ever seen so much uneducated whining about penalties than in this tournament. Now even too many men shouldn't be a penalty and everything is a weak call. Have to be a career ending baseball swing to the head so that it is worth 2 minutes?

USA is playing great. I love the way the play. In regards to Russia, they need to stop trying to score highlight reel goals. Just keep shooting and jumping on the rebounds.

I was very disappointed with Russia's 5 on 3, thought it was badly executed.

The Russians need to shoot more, that American tender isn't Hasek. They're passing the puck around too much IMO.

Milano and Provorov have really impressed me.

Was so glad I didn't even watch that abortion (the actual game). Scoreline told me enough.
