Pretty much. Score could have been higher or even closer, both teams had opportunities here in the 2nd. Slovakia is alright at creating chances, but the defense has been very naive all tournament long. I think Slovakia has given against the most odd man rushes in this tournament, almost cost them the game against Germany.

Slovaks actually out shot USA 15-9 in that period but Americans are obviously on cruise control so have to take that with a big grain of salt. Still I enjoy if they play a good second half of this game, something to build on heading into bronze game

I don't think the Czechs got 15 shots in the entire game.lol It's what I've liked about this Slovak team.. lots of heart and no quit! Those intangibles are key and you guys have it this tourney!

Eperjesi - Strbak is the only pairing that clearly knows gap control and even they get beaten, they are no Mosko-Nemec. Baran is a good skater but not great defensive IQ. The rest not really even worth mentioning.
