Any Finns surprised the coach kept Annunen in?? That fourth goal was clearly proof of shaken confidence.
Eh, not really, if they somehow manage to tie this game, it's with Annunen.

Patrikainen in the group stage didn't strike me as trustworthy.

E: Never mind, it was Piiroinen, Patrikainen hasn't even played a minute.

Canada has completely broken the Finns will to compete.
Not true at all. They've had better, more consistent 5v5 stretches after settling in, but Canada has capitalized and caused a good amount of turnovers with their speed.

Sorry no salt here. I like the way Canada plays they are way ahead at this game. Great players great team but Hayton have done the most embrassing move what you can do. So i rather hope Russians embrassing Canada in the final and see if Hayton have grow some balls.
Yeah Hayton should take notice from the Russians and walk out of the arena before any national anthems.

I find it funny that Annunen is getting any heat on those goals 1-3, this is an unwinnable game for any goalie

He should have made a few saves there for sure. He is having an absolutely awful game. The rest of the team wasn't ready at all. Plenty of blame to go around.

Can't forgive a teenager that made a mistake...would be craziness. Gotta hold that one over his head going forward of course!

Thats not a mistake, you are team captain and behave like 4years old after losing in monopoly. It was just embrassing and he has to learn to give some respect even if his team gets destroyed.

The back-up hasn't played a minute in this tournament.
Fair enough, but (even though it may be too late) Canada did switch to Hofer during the Russia game and haven't looked back.

Not saying goals 1-3 were on Annunen, but just makes me curious about how the coach thinks.
