On plays like that, the center very often snaps the ball immediately, so it can take the O-line a half second to catch on.
It was the guard not the center, stood straight up casually instead of the ready (or whatever it's called). Was a terrible blocking position, made up for it but looked wired. It was actually before the actual snap. If there was no offside it would have been false start imo.

whatever, irrelivent then and now. I used to be an olineman so i like to watch them as a lot too.

Credit where credit's due, that was a very well designed play for the TD

Yea and a great sell by Allen.

Now that was a good drive. Methodical, the shots when needed (Davis on the free play, Diggs on the PI call), finished with a TD. Do not get bored of that.

I feel like offense gets bored of it when it doesn’t result in touchdowns…which is a problem
