I'm surprised Philly hasn't put more pressure on the LB's in the run game.

He missed the tackle but that was still a great play to avoid the block and disrupt the run by Douglas there. Philly has what they wanted outside.

lol these refs will call an Eagle falling down in empty space a hold against Buffalo, but heaven forbid they flag any of the actual holding the Eagles o-line is doing

No flag on that stop!
I wonder if anyone else remembers a Bledsoe era game against the Vikings (I think) where Randy Cross was the color guy and after every play kept saying "And there's no flag!", incensed that the Bills might actually beat the Vikings and clearly were committing penalties on every play.

I think Cross changed occupations and is officiating this game.

I'm not going to stress the Cook treatment. He f***ed up hard. Twice. And he's (as much as it pains me to type this) a running back. When you're that serviceable, you can't afford mistakes or else someone else is going to get your snaps. That said, GOD DAMN IT, JORDAN.

Cook was on the field plenty on the last possession.

And it wasn't just the drop. Murray's the better option when Cook played like he did in the first quarter. Johnson might be too.
The drop sucks and was bad, but it happens from time to time, I can forgive that. The avoiding contact to be short of a first down? I get it, it's a business decision to protect yourself, but that is not a winning football play, and if that's your primary consideration, the bench is far better for not getting hurt.
