It's becoming more and more evident that age and injuries are catching up with both of them. Love them to death, but it's a need this off-season.

Yep. Father Time is undefeated, and it's clear Hyde/Poyer are not the guys from last 3 years. I still think they can be assets, but not in a McDermott defense that puts so much pressure on them.

They need to completely blow up the defense this offseason. McDermott can super coach a group of kids to mediocrity. It’s easy to blame injuries, but that’s the risk you take when you build around the senior citizen corps.
