doggy day care for a weekend and make the trip!

Not with this dog. This is a very strange one. That said, I have had her groomed before and she’s never been a problem, but she’s the most neediest dog I’ve ever met, so she’ll likely not take things well if I leave her for several days. Best case scenario is a car trip (not a plane) and leaving her somewhere for a couple of hours during the game. I know quite a few people up there who wouldn’t have a problem with her for a few hours.

Just to get it out of the way……:and I saw it coming in the preseason, just in case it didn’t happen, but there was no reason to bitch about it until it happened, but Bastian is the BEST 4th liner we have? Why is he in healthy scratch territory now? Because he came to camp not healthy?

And why even play Smith over Miller, so now we have two left D on the same pair, when we could have played Miller with Luke and had a righty with Luke……..

It’s a damn good thing Mackenzie Blackwood isn’t still here for them to start the first game of the year again.

Why even play two left D on the same pair, when we have a perfectly fine righty to play, who is even better than the second lefty that we must play?

Man the people who didn’t like Miller after the preseason sure got half their wish. They got him not in the lineup for opening night.

Only I’m sure they wanted Nemec in over him and not Brendan Smith lol.

Has Luke always been playing right D and I’m just paying too much attention to goalies that I just somehow missed that?

I’m not saying I think Bastian is a 3rd line caliber player, but as of right now I think he’s better than Holtz.

Yes, I know, he should be playing over Lazar, but if you really wanna play Lazar (I don’t want to that badly) then just let Bastian play 3RW for a game.

Good question. Was a surprise to me.

I’ve always thought Smith wasn’t at his best on the right as he has a hard time with the breakout so they may have seen something like that in practice. And since Luke has played the right side before felt it was the best way to go?
