A goal is a goal, i guess. Face off play and he snaps a seeing eye puck through the linesman's legs

i didn't realize until moment ago that beniers has been dealing with problems scoring. it's been a struggle since year 2. might as well stick stick 2 former 2OA's together and see what happens. birth of another scoring tandem?

When Borgen walks and we draft a lw and a goalie with his picks this trade is really gonna highlight our inability to develop or scout players.

Seattle blows ass. No top end talent to work with, he deserved a team with better players. That trade probably could’ve been made with several teams. Assuming that extra low pick was the kicker. Again, meh.

What on earth did he deserve? He got traded, it happens to players all the time. Do you think 3/4 of the league was beating down doors for a guy who averages 10 goals a season?

I get it if you don't like him being traded. But any GM would try to move an asset to the opposite conference, for the best return possible, while endeavoring to help the destination team improve as little as possible.

If he doesn't like it there he is free to exercise his UFA status soon enough.

I’m 1000% certain a good team will buy low on him. He’s a perfect candidate for such a move.
