  • Projected lineups based on last game.

  • Last home date possible, 12 of 13 possible home playoff gates secured. Blow the roof off Rogers place, bring the house down tonight.

  • Just win.

@Summer Rose

Sometimes if I want to substitute the word 'God' out I'll make a reference to Gord Downie. I'll assume the Game of Thrones reference in Game 4’s title didn't go over your head. :D

BTW, if I didn't go with Shania, I was going 'No Promises to Keep'.

Some info before game 6

Looking at goaldiff at equal strength in the finals at nhl.com

FLORIDA:

Rodrigues is +7
(next one is +2) - stands out a bit

Verhaghue is -5 (next worst is -2) - stands out a bit

EDMONTON

McDavid is +4
(next one is +2)

Chicken mcNugent Hopkins is -5 (Kane is -4 but injured and then the next guy is -2)

So Rodrigues is doing great, Verhague and Nugent Hopkins maybe not so good ...

oilers shutout win inbound, oilers pk scores 5 goals, montour wins conn smythe for oilers

You dedicated quite a few words to +/-, really not all that important man.

I mentioned this in the series thread... Nuge and Drai have been poor/awful in the finals. Kane too but he was injured and now out of the lineup.

Has anyone had an explanation as for Nugent-Hopkins, does he seem to play injured , or just taking not so great decsisions (being to offensive maybe) ?

I looked it up this morning.. RNH is a big part of our PK. He's also a big part of our PP.

I have a bias for RNH and am a keepnugeforever kind of guy but he is making huge impacts in this series despite the lousy 5 on 5 metrics and lack of points.

Obviously, I'd like more points and a dominant moment but, nonetheless, he is doing our special teams some good and is a big part of our success.

OK, It's equal strength, but it might be when coming of a boxplay etc- but I'll be checking him out more closely
