The announcers were so obviously disappointed by the 3rd period, it was LOL funny. It was an absolutely great period of hockey. A huge pushback by a visiting team to take the series to a game 6.

The national announcers have genuinely been biased in favor of the Rangers throughout most, if not, all of the series; it's been pretty obvious. There's a lot of examples of their bias.

They're supposed to be impartial and not act like they're the local announcers for the Rangers.

sitting kuzy in game 2 - rba horrible decision (i saw some of this sentiment last night, i think) that sunk that game, or rba great decision to light a fire under his ass that has paid off with improved play and goals in the last two?

I think it was egual parts, get your head out of your ass, light a fire, and Kuzy isn't in Canes shape and needed a break. It worked.

Also, a hefty amount of the old guard at ESPN had Whalers tickets before they moved, so they've always been bitter about our existence

I cant remember a playoff with so many.

Because we started so much quicker than the west?

I think the NBA playoffs have something to do with it.

I gave up watching yesterday after the first, so I guess I will have to not watch on Thursday
