No, this is a new announcer. The old one (Mark Lewis) retired when Rexall closed. The new guy sucks.

The lightning just don't seem like a very good regular season team for whatever reason. They weren't very good the first half of last season either. I completely expect them to be in a good position by seasons end and to play well in the playoffs again this year.
