Here's a great video of Lammens. 2 mins of goals + some hits.
U see why the Sting (and other teams) love his upside. Big, strong, good skater, good shot, pretty soft hands for a kid his size + very physical.
Didn't show off his passing either which was honestly his best attribute in the handful of games I watched.
I've come around on the pick. We saw vs LDN in '23 what happens when your entire T6 is skill guys. They get pushed around, kept to the outside. Warren is sub 5'10. Murata is soft. I'd prefer Delisle but he wants to go to OS.
Somebody needs to be the Hyman/Bennett/Tkachuk to our stars. Now if he doesn't become a good producer it won't be worth the pick, but he's got legit upside to be a guy who can be a physical force & contribute consistently with his size/skating/shot.
Could compliment Di Iorio/Edwards really fricken well & be a bigtime power forward in this league which we frankly haven't had since... Matt Martin?? As ohl4life said IF he hits his potential he could be a unicorn like player especially in today's game lol.
