Bridgewater? Bodin or omeri
Lineup says
13-5
6-72
43-9
16

If u go on the OHL website & click on the game (this case SAR@SAG) it'll say

Tickets -- home audio -- away audio -- scorers sheet -- game summary -- VIS (visitor lines) -- Lines (each teams lines)

Click on lines or VIS when Sarnia is road team..they are usually one of the faster teams to put there's out.

Wrong: individual play and bench management is the real reason. To suggest Cowan, Martinez, Bonk, Dickinson and other don’t have skill would be silly and uninformed.
When a group of players with this talent come together for a world tournament and don’t perform well, it’s on the coaches.
After two games it feels like the head coach has already lost the room. IMHO.

*Martone
Never once said they weren’t skilled players lol 😂, only said they are lacking skill. Misa has 30 goals in 30 games on a mediocre team. Parekh would hands down be the most skilled and best at running a powerplay if he were there. Could of used that lastnight that’s for damn sure.

Well there's our answer about going after Glavin lmfao. Franceschetti wastes ZERO times.

In saying that not how they should've gone about it. Glavins a tough kid he'd probably oblige if they asked.

Straight up jumping him isn't a good look & now your immediately on a 5 min PK.

What in the ever living F*ck is Letang doing with these challenges. Jesus Christ man. There goes their timeout instantly.

Surzycia been unbelievable in this one. But those last 6-7 minutes were really solid & now they have the lead going into the 3rd.

PP is actually looking semi competent. At least the Brown Karimov Young Beamish Filak unit.

Need to close this out.... For once..

Now that was a Christmas miracle lmao.

a PPG?! A comeback win!? Held onto a lead late?! Kept Misa off the scoresheet?!

Now that's a good way to kick off the 2nd half! No doubt about it they get some REALLY fortunate breaks in this one, but dammit they were due some especially vs Saginaw lol.

So Brown must've been hurt early on right?? Ive never seen this kid skate this well. He is absolutely flying up & down the ice. He made zhilkin look silly in the corner before burying the GWG. Sick assist on Beamish' goal, too. Filak was a beast tonight too. 3A, +2. So many good plays late & on the PK. This line has been ridiculous.

I liked 81-12-25 tonight more than I have most other nights. Karimov actually got some playing time tonight too!! Even on the PP where I thought he did good work net front & retrieving pucks to keep possession. Hall saved a goal in the 2nd was a diving stick check. He isn't gonna produce much, but plays like that do show his worth.

Fischer - Young seemed to play pissed off tonight. That 3rd period shift from 13 was hilarious. threw Epperson out of the way then decked Guo & then Sarnia nearly scored. Young made a bunch of good plays tonight + scored. They go head 2 head w/Misa & he's held scoreless, finally. Loved O'Brien-Hurt. They should never be separated. So reliable.

Last but not least their MVP of the night. Surzycia. Stellar outing from him. Thank god that one stayed on the line because he played way to well for such a crappy goal to mess up his night. He looked so dialled in all game. HUGE save on Misa on a clear cut breakaway. Thats his 5th breakaway/penalty shot/Shootout shot against Misa & he's stopped all 5! Hope some NCAA teams are watching!!

And ill give some credit to Letang. They've adjusted the PK. Noticeable changes to the set up/structure of it from before the break & thank god for it. PK was 4/5, but the 1 came with 30 seconds left of a major. Best its looked in weeks. Same goes for the PP at least for the one unit

One of their bigger wins of the year considering opponent & who they play up next. Good stuff.

That was outstanding from Surzycia! He was under seige early on in the second but found a way to keep it a one goal game (with a little help from an offside review). Had two separate occasions that he made point blank saves in front. I believe one was on Cloutier and the other he denied Misa twice. Probably faced 10+ quality chances and was up to the task on almost all of them. He's been so impressive all season!

The top line continues to roll! Involved in three of the four goals. Here are the stats for that line over the last eight games:

Brown - 7G/6A, +14
Beamish - 6G/5A, +11
Filak - 1G/8A, +10

We haven't seen a line dominate like this since the 22-23 season. It'd be incredibly tough to trade Filak with how well he's played lately. I think Beamish & Brown continuing to gain confidence is more important than a few extra picks. Can't say I expected to go 4-1-1 with wins over KIT & SAG in our last six games. Finding a top line, getting the top d pairing back, and getting some great goaltending performances from Surzycia has made a huge difference!

Might've been his best start of the year and he's had a few stellar ones. Especially the first half of the game.

He's been so damn reliable for them. Easily their mvp to this point. If anyone deserved a break or two it was him.

I really liked how they shored up defensively in the 2nd half of the game though. Only 1 shot allowed in the final 12:34 of the 2nd period & it was a shot from distance as the buzzer went.

Then in the 3rd after Saginaw tied it at 3 they only allowed 3 more shots the remaining of the game which was just over 12 minutes.

Really like to see that especially with how they've fumbled away games late. Little more aggressive tonight late which was nice to see & hopefully is something they stick with moving forward.

I want to hope this team is coming around but to barely beat a saginaw team who has lost 8 of last 11 is hardly a great win but at this point we need to take it. Surzycia stole that game from them.
Putting 12 81 35 in checking 3rd line role was something, I'm not surprised at this Letang he just has no clue how to get most out of his players never has.
Karimov played pp which was another shocker but about time should be there 100% regardless how he does. Can't do worse need him.
Whats happening to Edward's? get him back in middle before letang ruins/ derails his season just invisible.
Di iorio to wing for while, let him have success with some offensive side of things less responsibility hopefully create more offense for us. Yes we want him as centerman but isn't top 2 at moment let's get him more touches. Help him develop offensively right now is defensive centerman, little concerning we are allowing this to happen DS should be more involved with tinkering with his players.
This is why I believe the best move is trading wainwright opens C for di iorio and Edward's hopefully get a RW in return and couple picks best for our future in 2 years. Next year we still aren't ready to run so getting a Vet RW preferably a 18-19 year old would be necessity. Johnston or moses are not the guys we need. We have to have Edward's back in the middle, like right away.

I dont disagree with you but when you play Latvia, who doesn't look awful btw, you could have a pylon behind the bench and you still should win.... I agree the coaching these last few years has been awful.... Canada's performance in the tournament the last 3-4 years has been bad. If not for Bedard playing out of his mind that team doesnt make it out of the quarters. If you look at before that... it's even worse... they went like 7-8 years without a gold. I think it comes from up top... the management. Team Canada management sat down last year and decided Al Letang was the best man for the coaching job... I find that astonishing. They need to go back to the old days and have a legit training camp tryouts..... those tryouts gave players a sense of urgency and many times gave the coaches a good look at who plays good with who.... this current format of picking the team before hand does no good... No one knows who plays good with who under pressure.... the team is picked by guys in a room and then plopped into the highest pressure situation you can think of... it sets them up for failure. Team Canada has such a sense of entitlement these days which is weird for a team whos got 4 golds the last 15 years or so.

I agree I wouldn't put to much stock into last night's W. If it weren't for Surzycia standing on his head we lose easily. And if we see last night's effort in the next 3 games it will get ugly.

Also we are now in 7th by 1pt with the Soo having 3 games in hand. I really hope this last little stretch doesn't make management think everything is fine now. Because one thing that worries me a bit is that management will think everything is fine now and want to stand pat at the deadline.

With how are schedule looks the rest of the way I think we're locked in to this 7th/8th spot. And with that I'm worried we won't do much of anything at the deadline. When we are still in much need of picks still. And with how high prices are i think it would be stupid not to do something some what big.

All I'm saying is if we finish 8th and get blown out 4 games straight by LDN. And we didn't make any moves at the deadline to get some picks I'll be pretty pissed. IMO if we don't move one of Wainwright or Young at the deadline it's gonna hurt us long term.

100% agree the window, I think, is in 2 years to start make a move that is without wainwright and young anyway so let's get some assets for the future.
Would it be mailing this season in? Not at all I think we can still finish 7/8 without both of them to be honest. We would need a RW in return forsure and boat load of picks. Think O'brien coming in is great Vet D helps make young is expendable.
Same with wainwright upfront, beamish coming in replaces wainwright we are same without both of them. I'd almost think about trading Fischer as next year will be his last in O with us and we will be trading him anyway why not now before this deadline when his stock will be the highest!!!! this year we will make playoffs with how guelph is selling off and owen sound. Bug opportunity for us to make some moves to make next year ans beyond brighter. I think DS knows he has too just needs to get MOST return back

I'm still a little iffy on trading both Young and Wainwright. But I do think we need to move one of them. Also agree on getting a RW one guy I'd like to see us get is Wesley Royston in Erie. Maybe we could send them Young for Royston and picks. Erie definitely should be looking for a D now that Schaffer is out.

As for Fischer I'm still not willing to move him this year. The only way I would move Fischer is if we sent him to Erie for Schaffer. I would not move him for anything else.

Yah, Erie wouldn't move Schaefer for a single player in the league. Haha.

I'd trade Fischer but only for an elite 07 or 08. Talking Hopkins, Wassilyn, Griffin, Vaughan etc.

But I don't think that's a this yr move.

I agree on only trading one. Don't wanna deal both. This team needs veteran leadership this yr & next.

Young would probably be the one. He'd fetch more. They have 8D. Would absolutely suck losing him & only way I'd do it is if it's for a legitimately great return. But your idea about Erie is a good one if they add. Young would be a great placeholder for Schaefer on top pair, PP then slides into 2nd pair when he's back.

I could see Brantford & Brampton being interested too. Each could use a guy like him.

MORE TO THINK ABOUT

Still think both is the play get as much as we can without effecting much this year and then guys step up the next 2 years.
We still could lose both of them to NCAA if they decide to go that route without staying for OA years (I could see that happen). That would throw a wrench in things and derail us in a hurry, this is still all up in air, I would hate to see one of them just walk away when we had chance to set up for 2 years from now.
Are we ready to roll the dice just to see what happens when this won't effect us if we dealt them both let someone else take that chance.

We have to look further than next season, with these coaches and lack of development we will get, we will need to bring in guys in 2 years that have developed somewhere else. If we want to stay on timeline to push.
Loading the cupboards is the play plus a RW maybe 2006/2007/2008

Think about it next year is just a mid pack year we will lose the value and opportunity to trade wainwright and young.. it will be a fischer trade next year But imagine we filled cupboards this year then pumped them full trading fischer next year or we won't even have too, think it's a easy top 2 in 2 years with what we could buy on market to add to what we have. We seriously need to package johnston with wainwright and Young, free
up icetime for Di iorio and karimov upfront and Barr Bridgewater in back end.
Worry about goalie really in 2 years but may have to buy if the ones we have don't step up.

Well back 2 back with London. I am expecting 2 losses. Even without their stars they've been winning with relative ease no matter the opponent.

The thing I am hoping for is just to see a bit more push back than the game before the break where it felt like they accepted defeated before it even started.

Will Maillet ever start again?? Be pretty unfair for him to sit all this time then throw him in @ London but I have a feeling they might start him.

Johnston playing L1 is wild. I gotta think & hope it's to "show him off" for trading him. If it isn't wow. Lol.

I am happy they are splitting up 81-12-25. Needed to change it up. Hopefully Doucette helps 17/19. Should get them more ice time too.

LOL. You can come flying in & spear the goalies pads now to dislodge the puck for a goal. Great to know.

What a dumbfounding call & it's made by who else but Hillary Brennan.

What an annoying period to watch.

Actually thought they played somewhat decently. Had a bunch of zone time. Got a bunch of good looks. Surzycia should've had the first goal. 2nd goal had no right in counting. 3rd goal I have no idea how that became a 2on1 then the 4th goal was a nice play by LDN.

Surzycia looked really off today. On top of 3 legit goals they hit 2 posts.

Another PPG & look who get its!? Karimov!! What a novel idea, Alan!

Sarnia simply cannot kill off a penalty vs London. Haven't been able to all season. 3/6 today. 8PPGs in 3.2 games vs us.

5on5 I've actually been pretty satisfied. But you'll never win when your PK is this putrid vs a team let alone one as good as LDN.

Bodin has been absolutely atrocious today. Frankly think this team would be better off sitting him and playing Barr or Omeri. Complete liability.
