Big game vs Saginaw. They gotta win it. Spirit haven't been all that great the past month. Missing two T9 Fs + a T4 D. Should be missing Parekh too, but this league's discipline commity is truly horrific.

Not a deep lineup as is & now missing bodies. Need Fischer/Bodin to keep Misa in check & not let him go crazy.

Gonna be a great crowd & atmosphere as always in this game so they gotta get out to a good start & not fall off after it like they did vs OTT & BRMP.

Win this & they are somehow only 4 points out of 5th & they get some confidence going for the eastern trip.

Beamish first line between Brown and Filak. Letang has lost it. He’s played 2 OHL games in his life. Kostuch to 4th line, centre. Why on earth would he break up Di Iorio, Doucette and Kostuch?

It's just so goddamn tiring

For once he actually let the lines get some chemistry. They finally look the best they have maybe all year & he for some reason he splits them up, BUT! he leaves Edwards with Wainwright which hasn't worked whatsoever.

18/17/25 have been a really solid line since forming even when they don't score & he splits them up for Johnston & puts Kostuch who's been playing his best hockey of the yr to L4

Now just to add Johnston back to the top-9 you move two guys into positions they don't play. Karimov to LW & Kostuch to C.

It's utter & complete idiocy.

With these lineup decisions and his lack of emotion on the bench. I almost wonder if Letang is trying to coach his way out of a job here.

Letangs absolutely gone mad, he's ruining this team. How the heck are they going to build chemistry when every game the lines are different. Like seriously, this is at the point of pure insanity

He really has. I don’t understand why Seca isn’t addressing this. It’s a business at the end of the day and this continuous failure is going to cost them dearly in keeping fans in seats and other players wanting to come to Sarnia. Are the players too intimated to speak up?

There's no way in heck I'd ever have a guy playing his 2nd ohl game play first line. Take a step back letang and look at the message that sends. Beamish may have played well but do you think a quality coach like Hunter would ever do that with a guy coming from the bchl ?

A lot of players haven’t earned ice time on this team. Johnston shouldn’t even be dressing at this point. Yet he has regular time on the PP and OT and always up in the top 9 forwards. Beamish already getting PP and OT minutes where Kostuch and Karimov up until recently were playing 10 min a game with neither getting PP or OT time. Let alone with both their draft years. The coaching of this team is a disgrace and as I have said in the past, I wouldn’t be surprised if Karimov stayed back overseas after Christmas and Kostuch asks for a trade, if he hasn’t already. I wouldn’t doubt NCAA is off the table either at this point.

Agree. with the way Letang “awards” ice time I don’t see Karimov or Kostuch returning next year unless there are major changes to their ice time/coaching staff.

These are not guys you want to lose and will leave a blemish on the organization. Both of them have pedigree and the skill is there. Kostuch’s regression is especially concerning to me. He looked really promising last year.

Concerning indeed. Losing either or both would be bad. Beamish should be 4th line centre, move Edwards back to centre (where he produces the most) and Kostuch back to wing. But for God sake keep some f’ing lines together for more than a game.

Anyone at the game know what Misa shot into the crowd to get tossed? Never mind they just showed it looked like it was maybe a bear

You can't watch this team right now & not think something needs to be done. This is the 2nd huge game this week in their division that they are completely flat/dead.

This is awful. Haven't been this disgusted in this team in a long time.

Di Iorio & Karimov have barely touched the ice today.

Yep. Misa gets tossed out after the goal and you'd think the Sting would come out hard thinking they have a better chance. Nope, Saginaw was in the offensive zone for the next two shifts

Half way through the 3rd and Kostuch hasn’t touched the ice once. Beamish about 6 shifts in this period alone including all PPs. I truly hope Kostuch leaves this organization for his own good.
