No.... more than 1 London fan came in here and accused the poster of lying.. thats what blew the situation up. I am responding because thats what happens during a conversation.... you're the one who said bye and wished us luck numerous posts ago insinuating that you were leaving and done replying .. but you kept going... This will be my last comment on the matter....I will tell security in Sarnia to watch for those over-zealous 6 year olds terrorizing a distraught Bowen.

On the jersey retirement stuff it's tough to say. I find if u don't win u need a good connection with the fan base. Did Kyrou have that? Like Gaudreau is beloved even with the up&down play before playoffs. Was Kyrou?

Obviously, superb Jr career, won gold, league mvp but when it mattered most he disappeared on us & I feel like for a lot of us that's what we remember.

We've had such an embarrassing history that him winning league MVP + gold medal in one season maybe gets him that one day, especially if he were to win a Stanley cup, but I personally wouldn't. Should be for the needle movers & as much as I loved watching Kyrou play a jersey retirement feels like to much.

I say retire every jersey # on this year's roster if they win the OHL because that would truly be a miracle

Yah that's definitely fair. Windsor has a lot of guys retired too. I feel it's prestigious & those teams maybe went overboard giving them out, but at the end of the day it's a developmental league so if a guy becomes a superstar in the NHL it should be acknowledged you developed him.

Yah I agree you don't want to have a watered-down feeling. I'd be ok with them not doing Kyrou... Lol I honestly just hate The Sting's history it's so bad. Hopefully this run will be the spark this organization needs to be in the race far more often.

Sarnia security is fine. I've been going to games forever at that place and not one incident comes to mind... however, I have been to numerous games at the Bud with their security kicking people out for no reason. Maybe London just needs some thicker skin I dunno.

This is exactly why I asked the person who posted they saw it to describe the event (paint us the picture) instead of just tossing it out without context..leafs to this stuff.

Gotta admit the only arena I ever had an issue in was Sarnia. But I don't hold it against the 99%.
Was having a great time with whoever that group was that sat behind visitors bench with their props. All in good fun. Back n forth. Dude a row back was an idiot to the the point the Sarnia fans with props grabbed him before he had to answer for being the 0.1 percenter. Yup we got em also here in London.

All of Sarnia was forgiven when we stopped by Firenzies for a pie

Probly more effective if ya go to the parents or guardian instead of security of you are hoping to effect a positive change Or write a letter to LK management and express your concern over the teens actions and you can explain what you saw. I am certain they dont want their players interacting with fans.

Again just to be vlear gor all who will jump.on in. I am not defending/blaming Bowen, the kid, the LK org, the arena staff.......no idea what happened......just that alot of assumptions and grouping is happening. Cool.

Swing game of the series.. whoever wins this is really in the driver's seat you'd think. There can be ZERO let up in our game. If anything it needs to go to another level.

LDN is gonna come out hot. They don't wanna fall behind again. You know they wanna play with a lead & make us chase. Limit the chances on Bowen. Gotta build on the things that worked here.

Top guns gotta continue to play as they did in Sarnia. Get to the net, win battles, make the smart play not the cute one.

London is going to come extra prepared tonight, Dale and his staff had a day off to make adjustments and get his team prepared and he’s the best coach in the league so they will come into this one prepared with a good game plan and they will play fast and hard infront of their fans. Sting have to find a way to Continue their strong play and even ramp up their speed and hard work more for this one. Continue to put pucks on net and drive the net and get screens/deflections and rebounds. Hard on the forecheck and back check and hard on loose pucks. Must clear the knights forwards from infront of our net so Benny can see the shots. Stay out of the box and no dumb penalties. Go Sting Go!

I live in Burlington so I can’t obviously swing on down to do that myself. Would love to make the trip on Sunday.

Pictures are well done, kudos, but adds no context. Thank you for the effort. A simple description may have helped clarify better. No worries obviously not worth describing which says alot IMO.
