Meh hopefully a cheap 4th line C or spare
I’d rather start with Brodzinski as depth in Hartford

That's a good deal. Locks him up at a very affordable price. Gives him some stability. I assume it's all 1-way, which, if he ends up in Hartford at some point, will ease his suffering.

Scary looking charts.

At least it's $1m and not $3.6m, and I guess it's insurance and we need vet bodies with Goodrow gone, but you'd hope this kinda guy gets replaced by kids who are much better, and soon.

The team probably needs (2) centers in UFA. This is one and he's cheap. Even if he becomes a depth option like Brodzinski this is a good signing.

Good pickup. We at least have someone who will drop the gloves or make people pay for cheap stuff in the playoffs when they start messing with and taking liberties with Igor after the whistle / cover up.

Upgrade over Brodstinksi so hopefully, Brodzinski will stay in Hartford all season this time around.

This is fine, solid depth bottom 6er who can step in if the kids falter. Contract can be completely buried in AHL if need be so that's good too.
