He's already got his cup. Bennett is turning 29 (when most players start to leave their prime), and he has career earnings of only $29,475,000. This is likely his only chance to get a big contract, and he will be extremely sought after, as the hype is still on him in a big way.
Is Florida willing to cough up $8 million? Yes, Florida has no tax, but that only applies to half your earnings, and lots of other states have low or no tax. I see him maybe taking a 500k discount to stay in Florida, but not much more.
He's also from North of Toronto. As fun as as it is to live in big American cities, they also have a lot of downsides for Canadians. Not going to derail the thread with the reasons, but there are lots.
