Thanks a lot, now Levi will have to go to Rochester when/if UPL is okay.

Nice

now, trade for a vet D that's excellent and calm on ice and w the yutes so ruff can be more of a dick if need be

somebody that will scrap and handles the puck well that isn't washed help the team earn get over 600 and re energizes his ( future hof career?)

by doing this now

we hopefully and humbly earn the blockbuster trade that brings in dale hawrrchuck patty L etc somebody that elevates all three lines and has these guys itching to blow out everyone because RD ×××××× is better than samuelson at his best is 28 to 33 and is feared defensively and w his mitts and plays clean and will kill the trouba and pietrangelo scum so nobody else gets injured and ruff is also smiling and coming to work each day

if we pay big for an all star D then maybe we have the sand in the locker room to handle a lil like w BIG talent like a zegras but w this group finding a heart guy like dirty and briere is prob necessary

I hope we go out west w or without tage until he's truly healthy and the TEAM earns these moves

wrong thread but I'm really excited to see McLeod elevate tuch and peterka or Quinn and stay up better than minus 10 avs mitts did , quite admirably at the time ( got us byram , and we are now a top 4 D away from really competing)

Reimer giving Levi a good run for his money.

Reimer 0-2 .864 Save Percentage 4.50 GAA
Levi 1-4 .866 Save Percentage 4.1 GAA

Putting one of them on the ice does not bode well for positive results.

Anyone know if another team put in a claim, or if Reimer can be immediately sent to Rochester (if desired)?

Reimer can’t go to Rochester without clearing waivers any more than he could the first time we tried to send him down when Anaheim claimed him. If we waive him he’s open to all other teams to claim.

Putting Reimer on the big club can allow them to send Levi down to work on his game and get starts that he needs.

It’s good for everyone. Sabres improve the big club, Amerks improve the little club and Reimer keeps his NHL slot. Levi isn’t ready and he isn’t playing well. The AHL is very much where he needs to be and his station there could very well deliver a Calder to the ROC

Depends on if a team behind us in the waiver order placed a claim. If a team loses a player to waivers, and then later that season the player is placed on waivers by the new team, and the original team is the only team to place a claim, then the original team can re-assign the player to the minors without needing to clear waivers again.
