Nash kinda came down on the stick and slashed him right after the "hook". if the ref called a slash there im fine with it, but that is NOT a hooking penalty

People are really blaming Lundqvist on that? That is laughable. I guess with the Vezina comes unrealistic expectations.

His job, as any goaltender, on a 2 on 1, is to play the shooter. Nash flayled around, Ott made a great pass, and Gerbe roofed it.

Stop with this unrealistic Lundqvist criticism. Honestly guys, you just sound silly now.

The pass from Ott wasn't quick. Lundqvist achieved moving to Gerbe's side; what did him in was that he fell forward, giving Gerbe an open net.

That's on Lundy.

After seeing how putrid the Sabres' power-play is---no one is allowed to complain about how bad OUR power-play is.

Just because one of the worst teams in the league have a bad powerplay doesn't mean we should be okay with the Rangers being inept. We have better players.

What everybody is missing was the godawful defensive play. Falling to ice and flailing your stick is a grade-A stupid defensive strategy, completely unnecessary and useless. He could have simply stood up to the guy and steered him off.
