Can't fix low IQ ... Tage, Cozens, Peterka on one unit is basically game over. The problem is they really don't have any other answers there. I'd personally get Benson and Quinn on that unit instead of Cozens and Peterka. Let Thompson be the lone dummy out there.

Adams overrated and was way too loyal to “his guys”. He wanted the kids that are in the top 6 to be there because he drafted 3 of them (Benson/Quinn/Peterka) and signed another to big extension (Cozens). He wasn’t looking to bounce any of them from those spots. Same thing on defense.

The Mitts trade just broke his neck.
He is just a stubborn idiot who doesn't seem to deviate from his plan even if circumstances change.

Yup .. mainly Joki's influence. Joki is just the worst type of player...does nothing well and takes pointless point shots.

When in reality Cizikis was easily holding Benson back with 1 arm while he safely cleared the puck with the other.

Dunleavy and Ray are carrying a lot of the hype of the Sabres with their commentary. They aren’t playing THAT well, not even close.

Islanders are dictating the game, Sabres are trying desperately to lean on their transition game offense to create offense, which often dies at the blueline.

Missing Greenway tbh ... he made that third line tick more than we realized. McLeod and Zucker have both hit a rough patch, along with just about everyone else.

That last powerplay was awful. Dahlin lost the puck, they got no shots on goal, the coasted around.

I get its the same group of guys but does Lindy get softer with age or what? Bench someone already.

Getting Joki off the ice would be helpful, yes. But the problem is much deeper. They'd literally need two legit first liners IMO.

Bruh today they have a hard time getting it out of their own zone on the PP.
