If it is indeed a Tuch sign-and-trade to Seattle, then Seattle has to maybe get a new general manager. You don't build championship teams through the winger position. They've been drafting centers, sure, but you need defensemen too. Dunn is getting older and is a UFA in 2 years. Larsson and Montour are decent but will be old men when their contracts expire. Lindgren is old and meh. Their D core long term is Ryker Evans and...? Fiddler is a promising RHD prospect. Not "top pairing" promising, but promising. Maybe one or two of their other D prospects make it, but none of them are projected to be top 4 guys.
